Peak Oil Reflection

LI To explore and have awareness of an issue from a variety of view point
     Work Collaboratively

Our group work is going well because we discuss about some of the issues during class and we work together quite effectively. Also we discuss on the national, global and future view and over the weekend we have been looking at the Peak Oil about what is the aftermath of having no oil in the world. We also discussed about the different countries point of view on oil. We also discussed on the video of what our life will be like when oil suddenly disappear. Overall our group is going well and I hope we'll be like this when we do the actual group project.

Reflection for Independent Project

What did you find easy?

I already have the base of my project because I used the mock one (Is it ever right to take someone's life?) to be my actual project. So I don't have to start from scratch. So I already have some of the information already and I just need to find more information and edit the essay.

What did you find difficult? Why?

The Malaysia point of view because it's quite hard to find information because you'll can't find any information from the malaysia's website.

What problems did you encounter? How did you overcome these?

Informations on Malaysia's point of view. I overcome this by finding information in international website. Basically a website that ends with .com and it took me for like few hours to find it so yea.

Humans and Other Species

What makes us human

We have feelings , we control ourself (not like in sims) and we are more intelligent than animals. :)

PS: I know this is short but I have nothing say :D

Court case and legal preparation

What three things did your team do well in the lead up to trial

- we were organized and the chief prosecutor (J) will always check on us if we're doing or jobs correctly and stuff.

- The researchers helped us to find the statistics and (JM) found us a very good website that we could use to attack the other group :D and made a very sad video about holocaust.

- Almost everyone attended the meetings that we had

What three did things did your team do well on the day of the trial.

- We were great in our outfits :P

- We were in character very well :D For example (S) had to be emotional as he was a holocaust survivor and his whole family were killed and me :D being the CFO and had to be serious about money

- We cooperate

What do you think you did well before and during the trial

- I had an idea of putting the scripts into the iPads :D so it doesn't seem so obvious that we are reading it out from the paper

- I don't know if I did great or I was lucky (BC) owned himself :D sorry (BC) but I could against the questions that the cross examiner on the other side gave. For example when the cross examiner was asking me about the funds in California and I said I don't work in California :D

Set a personal target to develop both your preparation and presentation skills next time you work on something similar in any subject

Maybe I should not freak out about being questioned by the cross examiner from the other side cause I thought it will be (Z) -.- . I think I should memorize the script :D opps

What have I learned? (Law and criminality) :D

What have I learned? List specific things that I did not know before

Well I did not know that so many criminals were sentenced to death penalty and sometimes some of them are innocent. I only thought that holocaust was only happened in World War 2 about Hitler killing the Jews. Now I found out that holocaust is not only about that be it could be also about the Nagasaki and Hiroshima nuclear bomb. Now in these days holocaust has been referred to destruction or slaughter on a massive scale. I didn't know that in Austria they have a 5 stars prison :O
